Zen Albatross – CODAME Featured Musician
Since 2008, Brooklyn’s Zen Albatross has explored & exploited the waveform synthesis capabilities of antiquated computer systems. Assembling a sonic vernacular derived from minimal hardware and holding a mirror to the complex and oppressive systems which contain us, he strives to maintain a routinely reformatted creative process that seeks varied solutions to the same problems.
An active member of New York City’s chip music community, he has had dozens of performances in cities across the United States, including New York’s micro-music epicenter, Blip Festival.
His fearful obsession with technology as an ideological weapon is equaled only by his love of American craft beer.
