MLGNFT Gallery Launch Summer 2022
curated by Alissa Christine + Miryam Rojas
This is an IRL NFT event as part of the CODAME ART+TECH Festival 2022 themed RAWTHENTIC in partnership with Mars Landing Galleries, showcasing 25 CODAME artists' creations on screens... running the spectrum of 2D, 3D, interactive, immersive, augmented reality (AR) virtual reality (VR) works. There will be live VR paintings by LUVRworldwide, and guests are invited to step inside her metaverse in between the performances.
Theme: RAWTHENTIC
The mantra of authentic, honest connection & interaction.
As facades fall away, we have an opportunity to let the true colors of our inner flames shine. By building up each others' vulnerable, natural desires we forge sustainable, RAWTHENTIC bonds. We can create deep wells of understanding and possibility with a sensitive unmasking of experiences. Artists were invited to present their purest sense of expression in any medium and encouraged to submit Augmented Reality Art made possible by Artivive.
The artwork is from emerging and established artists from both around the globe and in our own backyard:
Daryl Slaton, Edison Duran Lucena, ejthek, Fabio Cortés, Hazel Griffiths, Judit Navratil, Layer ll, Lou Peralta, LUVRworldwide, Marcotic, Momentology, Melanie Clemmons + Zak Loyd collab, Moe Angelo (moestradamus), Natural Warp, odbol, Rui Zilhão, Skip Rohde, Sofía Maldonado, strayltd + plutonic mind collab, synwrks, The Art Of Cassandra Mark, Theo Goodman, where_you_are_is_home
