“Blurring Borders” encompasses our current state while also calling for action. Both art and technology constantly blur the borders of the possible and the imaginable, the limits of human beings, and the separation of man and machine - thus opening up new unexpected realities. We will blur the artificial boundaries between the silos of art, technology, and policy. We will create a shared experience by blurring the polarization within and between different communities.
