Wild Goose Moving Meditation is a rough translation of Dayan Qigong (大雁気功). This Qigong is focused on well being, balance, flexibility, mind-body connection, and play. The form is easy to learn and adaptable for students of all ages and fitness levels. There's no need for mats or special clothes, making it a perfect break around the office or anywhere you can pause for presence.

『 SKILL LEVEL 』

• Beginner. No previous experience with meditation required. 
• Great for all age levels! Kids can enjoy mimicing the movements of animals & qigong is popular with older practitioners who are looking for a gentle, adaptable alternative to other practices like yoga, dance, and gymnastics.
