/// Where can I upload my files?

Please submit your Artwork to this HD Asset Uploader. Form uploads are limited to 10GB so email art@codame,com if you need to transfer bigger files (or if you have any other issues).

/// For NFTs

2020 brought CODAME artists great success in the NFT market. At the beginning of 2021 we took a pause to do things right & address concerns we heard from our artists. Partnering with MINTBASE on NEAR ticks all of our boxes:

  • Carbon neutral gen3 blockchain built for global adoption.
  • Support the CODAME ART+TECH mission by splitting sales profits and royalties.
  • Fast & inexpensive transfers.
  • Web-native UX (no browser extensions required).

The remaining profit from the NFT shop will go to a CODAME Community Decentralized Autonomous Organization. Anyone in the community will be able to make proposals for the council to greenlight. Self-governance and royalty distribution are just a few things blockchain technology can automate, let's build the future together!

If you don't have a yourname. near wallet you can get one for free. The $NEAR crypto currency can be bought and traded at gate.io (USA option) or other exchanges.

/// What about exclusivity?

Your artwork remains your own. The terms and conditions in our Agreement contain a non-exclusive license with CODAME.

/// What kind of work should I upload?

You are able to upload any selection of work you choose, our curators will work with you on the selection.

/// Can I opt-out at any time?

Yes, you can delete your work from the collection at any time. We request that you allow us 30 days to cycle the art out of all distribution channels. We can also delete your profile at your request.

/// Can I create limited editions?

Yes, you can specify the number of limited editions when uploaded. A certificate may be requested by the customer.

/// What do I get?

For each sale of an Artwork, CODAME will pay you 70% of the royalties.

Note that we may change the Royalty that applies to the various types of sales from time to time. However, any such change will not affect the Royalty you earn on sale which has already occurred, or to the sales of any edition which is already on sale at the time when the change is made: to avoid doubt, the changed Royalty will apply only to the Edition of the next Artwork to go on sale, not to the edition currently on sale at the time when we notify you of the changed sale Royalty rate.

For the purposes of calculating the Royalty, "Net Revenues" are amounts actually received by CODAME for sums paid to us for sale of the Artwork, net of all relevant deductions including (without limitation):
  • Any and all tax, tariffs, and fees (including any VAT taxes);
  • transaction costs;
  • chargebacks and returns;
  • any sums paid or repaid to Users in connection with the relevant sale,
  • any revenue share or commission paid or payable to distributors, licensees, or others involved in the sale of an Artwork, and
  • any sums paid, payable, deductible or creditable to third parties in connection with the relevant sale of an Artwork.

/// Who pays for US sales taxes?

We charge the buyers US sales taxes, separately on top of the set price.
